The wait is long and especially with a big group but that's because the food is great just it's taste like Mom's. Staff is awesome hard working and very busy making you feel comfortable. The tasty food is worth very penny and the wait. One thing is that I have went to the other Chalios and the quality in food and taste is not the same.

The best birria I have ever tasted! they specialize in goat and they also have options for birria de res lovers!' The hand made tortillas is so delicious especially with any items that you order! The service is excellent , very friendly and fast! The ambiance of this restaurant is like home , your always welcomed and greeted when coming in. I'm most definitely coming back again.

I've been a loyal customer of Chalios since before I could even drive a car. My parents always brought us here for the birria, the enormous tortillas, and who could forget their amazing Habanero sauce. To this day we still drive an hour just for their amazing food and customer service. I absolutely recommend to anyone in search of a scrumptious plate/bowl (depending on how you like it) of birria.
